ONS 2024 and 2026
In 2024 we had the pleasure of serving 300 liters of different smoothies to the visitors at TotalEnergies stand at ONS - and we are doing it all again in 2026. This year we are launching our speciality drink the "Green Ocean" Smoothie with organic seaweed from Lofoten, Norway.
Seaweedburger launch
In 2024 an innovative food project was initiated for The Norwegian Seaweed Cluster (former Norwegian Seaweed Association) where a "Seaweed burger" was created, by adding organic seaweed to the minced meat.
The demo burger was launched at Bergen Foodfestival in 2024, and in the video above the minister for Agriculture is tasting it for the first time, and giving it an excellent review for both taste and consistency.
The burger is produced locally by Haugen Gårdsmat in Vestland, and the seaweed was from Ocean Forest by Lerøy Seafood in Bergen. We are hoping to see the burger for sale in local supermarkets soon.
